Welcome to the home of an extremely Reluctant Runner! Here’s where I’ll share about race reviews, marathon training, our journey to race every state, and a reluctant runner’s journey.
I haven’t always been a lover of running, so I’ll share tips on getting started with running, reviews of my favorite races (both stand-alone and series), ideas on what to pack for a race whether it’s at home or destination, recaps of training weeks as I work towards both longer distances and faster speeds, and much more.
I’ll share each state we’ve run in so far, as well as our upcoming plans for races. Our goal is to run at least a half marathon in each of the 48 contiguous states, so I’ll share that progress.
